I was told I did not have a reservation but I had a confirmation number, there were open sites so there was no real issue there just the way it was worded made it seem like an issue.
Lisa at least smiled but Rhonda looked like someone just killed her cat and was extremely rude to some kids who came up and asked how to get the snack bar replying back that 'we don't have a snack bar'. Lisa and Rhonda were at the desk and we stood there for a good 5 minutes before anyone even looked at us. When we checked in we were not acknowledged by anyone at the front desk.
He was not very pleasant about it either. We were told there was a shuttle going back and forth but there was no one to take us there and on the way back we had left our keys and wallet in our vehicle at the hall and the shuttle driver would not turn around and get them so that meant no gambling, eating or drinking for us. Stayed here overnight for a wedding we had at a hall nearby.
